What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site or send us directly: the unit address, what needs doing, the vacancy date, any photos or documents you attach, your name, company, role, phone number, email and notes.

What we use it for

To answer you. We use it to call you back, walk the unit, write an estimate and do the work. We do not use it for anything else.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it. We do not add you to a marketing list because you sent us a unit.

Who else sees it

Our own crew and office, and the service that delivers the form to our inbox. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for the job and our records. Ask us to delete what you sent and we will, unless we’re required to keep it for tax or contract reasons.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores one thing in your browser: whether you dismissed the demo notice in the corner. That never leaves your device.
